I am so very sad to learn of the loss of your baby girl.  Perhaps nothing can ease the pain of these difficult days, but please know that you and your family will be in my prayers.  Nothing can separate us from the love of God, and I pray that His peace that passes all understanding can somehow become yours.

I am Channing's sister.  I have only met you once before, but have heard of you so many times.  I wanted to write to tell you how very saddened I was to hear of the loss of your daughter. 

 

It is clear from these pages that you have many people who love you, Zayna, Malek, and Yara.  I know that they will remember your daughter.  They cannot relieve your suffereing, but they will accompany you on this sad journey.

 

And, if you are eventually ready to share your story with others, I belong to a small group of friends here in Austin who have experienced the loss of an infant.  We will listen with compassion and true understanding.
